|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — Living here has honestly been amazing. The location is extremely convenient, with stores and everything you need very close by, which makes daily life really enjoyable. I had absolutely no issues with the furniture or appliances, everything is modern, new, and very well maintained. The staff is adorable. The air conditioning also works perfectly, especially during hot days.
The only small downside is that some people like to rev their cars loudly at night, which can be pretty annoying. However, it’s mostly only on Friday and Saturday nights, and usually after midnight it becomes quiet again.
Overall, I would 100 recommend living here. It really gives you perfect peace of mind and a great quality of life.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I just moved into an apartment with Midland Lofts. Every staff member has been extremely helpful and friendly during my move in process and has helped solve any issues that arose in a timely manner. If you don’t mind the smaller apartment size and no attached parking, I would highly recommend this place.
|Recommended: YesBest Kept Secret In The City — Just moved in a couple of months ago and I tell you it’s in the perfect area. Close to hotels for when your family friends visit. Up in a safe area tucked away but plenty close enough to good nightlife. Lots of locally owned businesses. Access to healthy food. More than the area itself is the fact that the lobby is so nice and inviting and a great place to relax outside your room. The coffee station here is incredible Not to mention the meditation room along with a few business areas and last but not least the gym is 2nd to none and the free weights go to 75 not just 55 like many apartment gyms. The places themselves are as quaint or as bougie as you want them to be. Best of all they have many layouts to fix your tastes. If you are looking for luxury living for an affordable price with the highest possible security features offered downtown then look no further than the Midland Lofts and call it home.

The pricing is more than reasonable for the quality I receive, making it an unmatched value. What truly sets Midland Loft apart, though, is the staff—they are in a league of their own Incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help, they make living here an absolute pleasure. Every day, I feel lucky to come home to this gem.

The front desk is staffed round the clock with friendly, knowledgeable concierge, and the leasing team is responsive and wonderful to work with. Midland Lofts are at the top of my list of the best places to live in Kansas City, being right in the heart of Power and Light with the downtown conveniences and unbeatable city-life.
